Type of work

• Leading a team while actively participating in daily tasks
• Work planning, organization, and on-site coordination
• Supervising and controlling work quality and progress
• Ensuring tasks are completed according to technical requirements and deadlines
• Communication with clients and participation in project meetings
• Working on international projects in a Lithuanian team

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role (foreman/team leader)
• Strong understanding of construction or installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• English language skills (required)
• Leadership, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to both manage and work hands-on with the team
